Kakra was born in Ghana, West Africa, and moved to Kansas at seven years old. Growing up as an immigrant and the child of an immigrant gave him an early appreciation for hard work and shaped the drive that guides his life today. He’s especially passionate about mental health and believes deeply in normalizing emotional expression, particularly for children and young boys. He sees emotional understanding as a vital part of the human experience and a path toward a healthier future. He’s a twin, a sports lover both on and off the field, and someone who expresses himself most clearly through fashion. If his personality had a theme song, it would be “ENERGY” by Beyoncé Knowles-Carter.
